stomach pains for a month

My stomach has been hurting me for a month and half. i have been to the hospital three times and they gave me three separate diagnosis: bacterial infection, cyst on my ovary, and GERD. Nothing has helped. the pain is from the bottom of my ribs to the center of my stomach to my right side. lab tests showed nothing. ct scan showed nothing. i cant sleep at night because it hurts so bad. i use the bathroom fine and no appetite changes but i have a constant feeling im going to vomit. i wake up in the morning and im fine untill about 4 or 5pm. i need help!
