stomach swelling

I am 32 and have GERD.  I have been having pain in my back and throat that only last for a couple of minutes and then it goes away.  I now have a swollen stomach which looks like I am 4 months pregnant.  I have discomfort on my rib cage and I feel like my stomach is pulling?  I have had test done a CA-125 and a test to find out if I have a infection in my stomach which came back inconclusive???   I am having an ultra sound in a couple of weeks,  have any word heard of such symtoms or have any suggestions about this?

I also have the same stomach bloating symptoms which makes me look pregnant too. If you take a look at my pictures I have linked to my profile you can see the dramatic difference between the way my stomach looks before and after. After dealing with this for over 3 and a half years no medications have ever even came close to helping with the stomach bloating. I've also felt the discomfort on my rib cage when my stomach gets bloated. It's just too much pressure on it. Is your stomach permanently bloated or is it after you eat or drink certain (or any) food? And how frequent does it bloat after eating?

If your throat pain is like heartburn (acidic burning feeling), and if you burp and have burning stomach, this is probably from H. pylori infectionof the stomach. Diagnosis is with the breath test, treatment is with antibiotics.
