stomache acid/helicobactor pylori/Arrhthmia

Severe stomach acid, crippling pain, sometimes escaping up into the upper abdomen,  Is this gastitis?  and do I need dual antibiotics to get rid of Helicobactor Pylori?  Can it cause arrhythmia?

PS  the doctor will refer me to a specialist, and this could take months to get tested, let alone be treated (am already on daily omeprazol long term)  So that is why I am doing some research myself.  Diana

It's possible it could be gastritis/acid reflux, but you would need to see your doctor to have it verified and also to be tested for the presence of H. pylori.
