strange experience after drinking

Hello, this past saturday night I wanted to relax and have some beers after work. I was extremely tired from waking up at 5:30 am so I didn't want to go too hardcore. I ended up only having four beers which usually doesn't have an effect on me.

So I ended up going to be at about 11:30 pm and suddenly woke up in the middle of the night with a strong feeling of fullness in my stomach and began belching a lot. Then a few minutes later I felt the urge to vomit. This is strange because I never vomit after drinking so little. I went back to sleep and woke up around 10 am feeling terrible like I had a hangover. It felt like i drank three times as much as I did. Along with the bloated feeling I also had strong heartburn after eating and could feel the burn when I belched.

Now two days later I still feel very fatigued and still have sharp stomach pain...especially when it is empty. I also have some discomfort in my middle to upper back but that could be unrelated as my job requires me to bend over a lot and my bed isn't the best.

Any ideas as to what could have caused this? Could only four beers really aggravate my stomach that much when that's usually nothing for me?
