twisting pain in the lower abdomin

Hi please help me,
  I am a 28 year old girl and i have been having a twisting pain in the left side of the lower abdomen for the past 10 months.Its a really weird kind of uncomfortable twisting pain in the left lower abdomen, and recently the pain radiates to my lower back, a very mild pain.It gets bettter only when i stretch out and lie on my stomach.
I donot have any other symptoms, but when i eat heavy food i have this awful burning feeling when i burp?!? Have gone to the docter and he gave me muscle relaxants that dint help much. Am really worried. plz let me know wat to do.

I also have the same problem. I am 57 and it started a few years ago whenever I bend over to tie my shoe, cut my toenails etc. I get this movement and a hard bulge toward the middle of my body just below my ribs and it is so painful I cannot breathe. I try to stand upright and it is very painful until whatever this is moves back b into place. Dome times in try to push it with my hand. it is horrible.
