my brother in law has had one year of testing. numerous colonscopies, ultrasounds blood tests etc and is still undiagnosed. he is suffering joint pain abdominal pain and has cyclic episodes of rectal bleeding. the distant betwen these cyclic bouts are getting closer and closer together and the pain is increasing. the doctors are now telling us that they dont know what it is. has anyone else had a similar experience with any success.

they have ruled out haemophillia, he has had tablets for parasites the pain comes before he discribes it as almost a build up of pressure and after the bleed the pain eases, they have ruled out hemarroids colon cancer crohns and inflammatory bowel diseases he is of mauritius descent we have been wondering could this be caused by something from chickens as he dug out an old chicken coup on the property they brought prior to being sick.he does get sweats diaorrehea and shakes alot of fatigue and tiredness these few symptoms are daily the bleeding is happening almost every few weeks the gaps are getting closer together anything else i could tell you to help please let me know he is on meds but i couldnt tell you exactly what they are its for the joint pain they are talking about morphine next.

Can you give us a better idea of what the pain is like before he has the bleeding, and any other symptoms he may experience? Is there any sweating, or? Does the bleeing start at the time of the pain, or does it happen a bit later? Is he on any meds? Any underlying medical conditions?
