hey i hope that this test finds whatever it needs to and doesnt cause any additional problems. I am going to see a doctor that my GI reccomended me to he specializes in unknown pain of my area or something to that extent. I dont think the doctor will give me that test cuz they feel like they gave me so many others that came out clear. they wanted to do the endoscopy where i swallow a pill and it has a camera inside or something but i cant swallow pills so thats out of the question. my doctor gave me a higher dosage of pain killers cuz i broke down crying to him telling him i cant take it and if it was up to me and i knew what i was doing i would take something and cut that area out. going to the ER is out of the question. they gave me the HIDA scan which also if i remember correctly check how the organs work so whats the diffrence. i'll let you know in a week from now when i go to this new doc how it went. thanks for updating me and good luck to you!!

Hey so i saw the new doctor and he didnt really have a whole lot to say but on friday im having an endoscopic ultrasound. They put you completely out for it and its a good test to see how the actual organs are on an ultrasound. Ask your dr. about this or about Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction. The only problem is the testing for this causes pancreatitis a lot so they dont like doing it. Ask for different meds if youre in pain. Vicodin works wonders. You can hide it in food if you cant swallow the whole thing. Good luck with everything, i know its frustrating.

Look, taliaes, it won't help you to make diet trials for lactose intolerance and celiac and alergy and so on.

You said you have
- pale diarrhea
- URQ pain
- thick saliva

Combination of these three symptoms goes ONLY with bile flow problem, which may arise from:
1- liver
2- gallbladder
3- bile duct
4- pancreas
5- tissue surrounding bile duct and pressing on it

All your three symptoms suggest ONLY to above causes, NOT to colon, small intestine, gaster disease, and NOT to lactose intolerance, celiac or allergy.

ok thank you for the concern i really appreciate it. i am going to the doc tomorrow one last time to see if he can do anything for me and if not then between getting a new doc and trying my own experiments maybe something good will come out of it. i dont know if i wrote the earlier but i went off dairy thinking i might be lactose intolerant and it didnt work at all!!

Because your current doctors made some weird decisions and it doesn't look they know what they are doing. Well, any new doctor will probably get all your documentation, I was only not sure, how this papers travel at your place from doctor to doctor.

just out of curiosity cuz i am not understanding why would it matter if the doc sees me hida scan and not all the other tests that i took. if it came back negative/clear why would it matter?
