upper middle stomach pain

Im a 20 years old female.Was around 150 lbs.The last two weeks i have had a dull,some times sharp pain in my upper middle stomach.That will not go away unless im completely relaxed.Along with having diarrea atleast 3 times a day.Sometimes not able to hold it.Also alot of fatigue.I just dont feel like doing anything any more.Now i have lost 10lbs in the last two weeks.It really starts hurting after I eat something...anything really.So i feel oblivious to eating.Anyone know what it is?

I have had the same symtoms as you .. I wish I could help.  My GI doctor thought it my my gallbladder since the Hida Scan only showed it at a 7%. So we removed the gallbladder and I am still having the same pains and diarrhea.  If you get a diagnosis please send me a message.  I have had an EDG,colonoscopy, ultrasound, bloodwork,MRI and Ct Scan and all test come back pretty normal, so now my doctor wants to call it IBS which I know is not it since my diarrhea is random and it does not relieve the constant pain in upper abdomen. If I come up with anything I will let you know also.

gullbladder,colitis,ibs,crohns,,,,could be any of those things.
you need a upper gi and some stool/breathe/blood tests run to figure out what is wrong,,either way they all are things that need to be treated....good luck
