upper right side chest pain

I have crohns disease and last year had a bowel resection followed by a addisonian crisis. After some time I recovered.I have recently had symptoms of dull to sharp upper right side chest pain in the lung area. At times it is taking my breath away with a constant dull pain for the last two days, with constant fatigue and some nausea, no appetite, and diaharea. I went to hospital and they told me no P.E.could be seen due to a contrast xray which passed to quickly. I take many meds for crohns and today I still have symptoms,my calcuim and K+ are low and waiting to see G.P. Should I be concerned or is it just the crohns .

calgal, My liver enzymes usually waver when taking imuran which for this time has been about 2months. Had blood tests today but not able to see my regular gp until 07/01/
what tests should I ask my GP for when she returns she is very thorough. Today I have lower right side pain due to active crohns which has been persistent for a month this time.

Shelly, you should check into this a bit further. Many of the problems you're relating could be a symptoms of gallbladder issue. Those with Crohn's due seem to have a higher proportion of gallbladder issues than the general public. Did they do any liver and pancreatic enzyme level tests with the blood tests?
