what type of parasite and seriousness?

hello i found what appeared to be pink worm in bowel and i only can find
Whipworm (Trichuris trichiura  and trichina listed under pink worm. from my understanding, if it was trichina i would have puffy face. but i don't have that. but i've been having an area of my chest tight. when i walked recently my body was tight near stomach on right side. sometimes my body is tight on ribs, sometimes in shoulder area. lately closer to ribs. on surface it seems, like in skin, maybe muscle.

i've had a lot of sleeplessness lately and extreme anxiety sometimes.

any idea what this might be? i will go to a doctor tomorrow but i would like some answers if possible. thanks

If the tightness is below the right ribs and if it occur after a fatty meal, it's probably gallbladder. The pain can be sometimes felt, if you press over the soft part of abdomen there. If you press on ribs and feel pain, it may be costochondritis, which usually disappears on its own after some time.

About worms - you should have stool test for parasites.

also i was bit by a bunch of mosquitos this past month.

also my testicles have weird feeling inside and are suddenly moving, and not like pulsating, they are moving in strange motion. could it be a roundworm infection?
