white stringy stuff on stool

I know it doesn't sound nice, but that is what I have.
Here is all the other info. I am a 29 year old female, pregnant (with second child) in week 19. After the first birth (2 years ago) I struggled with some bad hemorroids. My stool shape was strage after that, not cilindrical, soemtimes thin. I blamed it on the old hemorroids.
Now, pregnant again, I am a bit constipated, but what I noticed and never seen before is some white stringy stuff on my stool. I wouldn't call it mucus, it is more like strings wraped around the stool. I have also a dull disconfort in my rectum/anus. This is just for the past 2 days.

Dose this soudn familliar to anybody? Do you think I should investigate it? Could it be serious?
