yellow bile?

I am nervous about colon cancer.  All my bowel movements are yellow and watery.  Each time I eat I get a crampy, upset stomach, that goes away when I have a bowel movement.  Last time I was in the ER they said it was my gall blader, and removed it.  The major pain subsided, but now I left with all the other symptoms.  Two years ago I had a colonoscopy, and the removed some polyps that weren't cancerous.  Lastly I have periodic blood in my stool.

I had my gall bladder removed three years ago, and since then I've had light brown or tan bowel movements, usually about 20 minutes after I eat. They are loose stools, almost like diahrrea. Any food I ingest will trigger a bowel movement. In the past few weeks, my stools have become lighter and lighter to where they are now bright yellow. Occassionally, I'll have a tan stool, but otherwise, they're mostly yellow. Last August I had an abdominal MRI, CT and Ultrasound, as well as blood tests. All my tests came back normal. No fatty liver, no other digestive problems with the exception of small polyp on my pancreas. I had another CT last month and there was no change in the polyp, so my doctor said not to worry about it. But, I'm still having bright yellow stools. I don't drink alcohol and I don't smoke, so I don't know what's going on.

With colonoscopy they will maybe found a source of bleeding and eventual changes in intestinal mucosa, which cause diarrhea. Polyps has possibly grown up in meantime. I would arrange colonoscopy as soon as possible.

Blood in the stool and polyp hystory speaks for colonoscopy. Blood is not necessary from the cancer, it may be from polyp or from inflammation. Diarrhea is also not typical for cancer. But you'll need new colonoscopy.

When did diarrhea start? Before or after gallblader removal?
