I would get stomach cramps that would be gas. When you have gas you do need to go #2. if you are constipated do eat Papaya & Prunes. These fruits will help you go to the restroom. If you dont like Papaya rule it out and eat prunes. Another thing that you should concider is a monthly cleansing. Also clean your intestine by eating the fruit Tuna with the seads. Tuna is red and round comes from a cactus. what the seeds do is scrape off all the junk that didn't get digested stayed behind on the walls of your intestine. I got this info about tuna on a diet I did that a doctor had recomended. I was confuesed at first thinking tuna fish lol. really that is the name of the fruit. Drink plenty of water when you are constipated.when you are on the toilet seat it also helps to drink water at the same time. I know it sounds gross but it helps in the process of pushing it out. Stay away from cheese which is heavy helps constipation. you might consider changing your diet.Keep healthy and do your check ups with a Gastrologist. I hope this helps you. Clean broco-beans mixed with celery and mango always help to reduce the problem. You will need to eat even the skin of these fruits and vegetables. Again, stay away from toxic compounds, loud parties, and poisonus drinks.

You really need to see your regular Dr. I work in an ER and your primary care physician will be able to do more for you. The docs in my ER say if you are no better in a few days, follow up with your Dr. Please try not to worry, my mom always said what good is worrying going to do you? Maybe drinking apple juice will help your poop problem, but see your regular Dr. and try not to worry. Hope all goes well for you!
