21 year old male experiencing heart disease/attack symptoms

I am a 21 yesr old male did the whole evaping thing for a year and a half and quit. I have been dealing with what feels like constant pressure on my chest for months starter after I quit, two days ago I woke up at about 5am couldn't get back to sleep so I started my day with some cleaning, come around 7 or so my whole left arm started feeling numb and my heart rate increased, this lasted for a few minutes then went away with me doing some deep breathing exercises, I thought maybe I slept on my arm and it just took a while for that blood flow to get moving so my heart had to work harder to get blood and oxygen to my arm.  My arm is feeling sore and I have been worrying my self to death as to whether I may be experiencing some sort of heart disease, I work in a warehouse so I get alot of walking and exercise in on when I work and my eating habits are not that bad, I haven't had any back pain which I read is a symptom of multiple types of heart disease, but when I start thinking about the whole situation I get a slight numbing in my left arm and places along my neck and jaw. I can't imagine a 21 year old having heart problems but I am scared and I do not know what to do with not being able to afford health insurance I'm worried this is something serious and I won't be able to do anything about it.

Good job giving up the evaping.  Safety is still unclear with that.  I'm sorry you are having discomfort in your chest. That can be scary.  You do need to go for a physical and be examined by a doctor.  I agree that it is unlikely you really are suffering a heart condition at your age but you have to make sure you have ruled that out properly.  They'll run tests to be sure.  Now, anxiety can cause these types of symptoms.  And once we are fearful of a heart issue, we start to hyper focus and feel all sorts of things and our anxiety about a possible health condition just compounds into more chest discomfort.  Health anxiety really can do this.  But again, your first step is a thorough exam to check things out.  Do you have a doctor you can go to?

Oh, and by the way, I'm impressed that you started your day by cleaning!  :>))

Unfortunately no I don't, I'm waiting for the new insurance term with my employer to start in April so I can go see someone about this.
