Abusing zanaflex

How bad is it on my body to abuse zanaflex? I take 10 of the 4 mgs at once and take up to 300 a month. I just can't seem to stop.

There is nothing really to be said here besides you need to talk with your doctor about slowly replacing the medication with something else. Zanaflex can cause serious rebounding of symptoms. Tizanidine (Zanaflex) is a drug that inhibits receptors in the brain. So abusing a medication like this can lead to all kinds of psychological and motor related symptoms. As well as normal symptoms like N/V/D.

Please seek help from your physician on an alternate care method before you cause any serious, irreversible damage. Good luck.
