Any test for virginity?

This is related to my divorce case. We lived together only one moth after marriage and we had no sex. Then, wife filed for Divorce showing I had no sex with her. But I stated falsely in court that we had sex a few times.
Is there any medical test to prove that we had no sex?
I've read that a girl can not be certified as virgin even if her hymen is intact. Is it true?
If her hymen is intact can doctor certify that she had no sex?
Can doctor examine both husband and wife to check if they had sex?

There are really none that I know of. Some women have a stronger hymen than others, so, this is not always a good indication. You might just have to tell the truth and take it from there.

I myself do not know of anyway that a dr can prove that a man has not had sex, have you had sex before this? I also beleive that if a girls hymen is intact she is a virgin, but then agin i could be wrong   luck  jo
