Good idea. Sometimes the doctors will not give us enough antibiotics to last until we are well. Go figure. But antibiotics continue to work for at least three more days after we stop taking them... so he probably figured 10 days (plus 3) would be enough. It could be the antibiotics weren't strong enough or the wrong kind, also. Each antibiotic has to fit the disease or it won't work.
When you go back to the doctor, tell him they didn't work and see if he'll prescribe something else.

Thank you. I was taking meds but I ran out the dr only gave me enough for 10 days so when I get paid I'm going to go get checked again since its not going away.
Swollen glands are quite common depending on where the infection is. yes, your glands under your arm could get swollen if your bronchial tubes are affected.
Are you taking antibiotics for the sinus infection? If not, I suggest you see a doctor. Swollen glands are only a symptom, not a disease.
Wishing you the best.
