Mike, I was having the same problem as you every morning it got to the point where I sleep on the couch sitting up in front of the t.v. My husband had Back surgery and has serious pain in the back. We actually got an air bed from wallmart,it cost $80.00 no more back pain for me, and my husband sleeps so much more now. You can add air or take some out to suit you. You would be surprised alot of people are doing this.   I hope this helps goodnight.

Well, we all go through back pain in the morning weather were 10 or 80. im 12 and i also have some back pain. but im also in athletics, play 3 different sports, and is active during the day. so maybe you are also very active throughout the day, maybe you should tone it down a bit or sleep with a pillow on the lower part of your back. lol either one is fine! hope i helped!
