the most probable cause is mechanic low back pain, go see your doctor to check if somthing is suspicious (fever, weight loss, sensitivity on the spine, risk factors) if it's normal usualy time, chiropract, physiotherapist or just tylenol will do the work.

The back pain is probably due to lumbar compression. Chiropracters are good, but you need some sessions with a rehabilitation specialist who is well-versed in teaching specific exercises. You have to have these sessions in person because the exercises are impossible to explain. There are six to ten specific exercises, and the cost of the therapist is insignificant compared to the value recieved.
Your stomach and back pain could be cause from your birth control. Have thought about switching to see if that helps.
I would give a Chiropractor a try. I see one and she does wonders for my back pain. Take care. Remar
