Black Spots in stool

I am 38 and I have Osler Weber Redu syndrome also known as HHT.. for last few months I have had a pain in my right side between ribs and hip bone not all the time but occasionally, I have also noticed small black spots in my first MORNING boul movements not a lot but a few! how concerned should I be? I first assumed it was from my nose bleeds! BUT I haven't had a bleed in about 2 weeks and I had the black spots this morning.only happens like every other day and the spots are only in my first morning stool.

I would see the doctor as soon as possible, blood in the stool is nothing to fool around with.

You need to see your Dr about this. Your told to look at your stool for just this kind of thing, any changes. Your Dr will probably want a sample to see if this is blood or not. With the pain your having, have your Dr check your gallbladder also.  Remar
