Can I get a referal to ENT through dentist with NHS?

I have a pain and discomfort in my jaw for months now, pressure in my palate and behind my nose, my right side teeth aches when I bite something like meat, and itches when opening my jaw wide. My ear also aches, like pressure in my ears that itches too, I get headaches and makes me feel like I cant think. I had jaw and teeth pain last year and the year after, had xrays on the gums and teeth and dentist couldn't find anything.

I had nasal spray for the second time because GP thought it may be my sinuses and I had lots of fluid in my ears. It didn't work.
My palate and teeth had started hurting after the spray.

I get visit once a year with the dentist and due to a routine check-up, would a dentist refer me to an ENT specialist if it may be a sinus problem that's causing it?

Well, they could recommend you see one but you can talk to your general practitioner about this as well or just go to an ENT as well.  Rule out that this isn't teeth related nd then plan to see your regular doctor/or an ENT soon after.  Just do it because you sound like you are very uncomfortable and there is no reason to suffer.  It's all so interrelated between teeth, mouth, ear, sinus, head.
