Chances of getting hospital acquired pneumonia?

I was recently in the emergency department for a bad side effect (vomiting) I had to an antibiotic I was taking called Zithromax. It was for acute bronchitis. I was only there for six hours but I was taken to different areas of the hospital for ultrasound and CT. The bed I was in looked kinda dirty and I wiped my nose a few times without washing my hands before. It has been six days since being released. The bronchitis is much, much better now but what are the chances I could get hospital acquired pneumonia?
