Over the past 4 months ive been having chest pains. They occur at the left chest area/Right chest area and most the time go down my left arm. Also in the last couple of weeks ive felt a pain in my lower right abdominal area. Ive gone to the caridologist and they said my heart is healthy. they took x-rays and it showed up as fine. (im 16 by the way) Also today ive had a pain in my ride lower leg/calf.( not sure if related) Help!

I would ask my doctor to check my gall bladder. However, you are never too young to have heart problems and doctors are ignorant to chest pain. The only way to tell if there is a true heart problem is with a cardiac cath, but unless you have an abnormal ecg or elevated cardiac enzymes you are not going to get one. If you still are having problems make sure you insist that they keep checking and do not give up. There is a doctor out there that will help you, you are just going to have to find them yourself.

I agree with the previous poster that anxiety could be a cause. However, I had someone come into my clinic a few months back with similar symptoms (and close to your age).  Turned out that he was dehydrated most of the time and was having muscle cramping in different parts of the body that he described as pain. Once he started drinking proper amounts of water (especially when he was playing sports) his "pain" went away.  I also suggested he drink Pedialyte or Gatorade when he was playing sports or felt the pain returning as they both contain electrolytes that help with restoring normal levels in the muscle.

I hope this helps.
