Clay Colored Stool - Cloudy Urine - Small Testicles

Hi I am having gastrointestinal issues, my stool is clay color, much lighter than normal and my urine is sometimes cloudy and darker than usual.
Secondly my testicles seem to be smaller than usual, they also seem to be tighter than usual.
Recently I've started on a new medication Zomorph and switched from methadone.
Around the same time I thought someone could have pricked me with a needle, worried it could be HIV or Hepititis.
Have been to the hospital a month and a half after and had a clear result.
Do you have any idea what this could be.

I am currently on Zomorph from Methadone, I used to self medicate my anxiety and stress with Heroin and about 3 months ago I stopped the methadone and heron completely, no more using on top of the methadone. I was on 90ml of methadone, and now I am on 600mg of zomorph.
I used to inject, but I have never shared with anyone or used around anyone else.
Standing around talking to someone I felt something brush my leg and, low and behold there was a small prick mark there. I was very worried about it and upon confronting the person I received a response that indicted to my mind he had done such a thing.

Since then I have been watching my body very closely for sings of problem.
This happened 3 months ago, and since then I have recognized my stools being funny, and that is around the same time my medication changed so that's why I am finding it hard to figure out what it could be down to.
Then about a month and a half ago my testicles have progressively gotten smaller and tighter for longer periods of the day.

I've read that 2 months things may not show up in blood test but it is still likely that they would have, and I am still low risk of HIV HEPC/B.
But from what I have read it could be such things, I have been to the doctor and A&E many times and reassured that there is nothing wrong, but in a 10 min convo and quick look and explanation there is always something left out (maybe I just don't trust doctors much?)

I think the best course of action for me is to get another blood test done over again soon to put my mind at rest and find out for sure, but I can't see any reason the medication would do these things as I tolerated methadone quite well.

In relevance to my bowel movements: I've been going about once every 3 - 4 days, and I'm sure on methadone my body had adjusted pretty well and I didn't find myself constipated really at all. Probly 1 - 2 days on methadone.

I've never taken morphine sulfate orally / slow release so I don't know what it could do to the digestive tract, or my bile ducts / liver, I mean there's a million possibles, however when I am reading on the internet that my balls are small and stool is light for HIV/HEPb/c it's nerve racking.

So, do you do anything for your anxiety?  That is something treatable and I'd suggest you seek help with that to make sure it plays no role in your life that is substantial. Everyone has some anxiety but irrational fear takes it to new levels and can get worse if you let it go.

You are in recovery? Or are you in a pain management program?  Those medications including zomorph can definitely involve the digestive tract.  That could be the reason for the different color stool.  Are you going regularly or constipated?  Darker urine is usually an indication of dehydration.  Drinking enough?  (which could also help you have bowel movements that are more regular/normal).
