Cold?

I have an ear ache in both ears, stomach pains, a headache, & a sore throat that I've had since Sunday that is driving me nuts. :( I've not noticed a fever though I have been slightly nauseated.

Maybe it is a secondary infection. How high is the fever and do you have any other symptoms?

Now I have a fever. Though everything else was gone before I went to the doctor.

That is ok. No you shouldn't take Ibupropin if you are on Naproxin for your wrists. But it does sound like a cold rather than something else. Warm salt water gargle is really the best thing for a sore throat. It kills off some of the virus and it can soothe your throat .  If it gets a lot worse see your doctor. I think it will pass.

I can't take Tylenol or anything with Acetaminophen in it because it make me have really painful twitches. I can't take Ibuprofen either because I'm on naproxen for my wrist.

Yes it does sound like a virus at this point. Drink lots of water and rest. If you get a very high fever take Tylenol as directed on the bottle. An anti-allergy medicine may help your ear ache if necessary.
