Could I be pregnant

After my last menstrual I spotted red two days afterwards. Then a week later spotted (brown) for 12 days until my period which was different it only lasted two days and was medium to light. I took a pregnancy test on the 3rd day of spotting and it was negative. Should I be concerned? I am worried because I never spot.

maybe i would suggest going to the doctors or the nearest clinc and make anppointment every woman is different and just because a home test said negative doesnt mean your out of the clear alot of the time those test dont work and somtimes depending on the person you may need a blood test if it really concerns you i would suggest takling to a obgyn asap

So the obgyn didn't think the spotting for two weeks and the two day period was something to be concerned about she said it was break through bleeding since I didn't bleed for a while which I don't understand cause my period was different last month and the spotting was brown. I think I am going to speak with the school health service because this isn't normal

I'm going to call my obgyn in the morning because my mother and I were thinking the same thing the month before my period was weird and neither they did no test or a urine test and it was negative
