Could I be pregnant?

My last period ended on December 9th... I had a couple seconds of unprotected intercourse on the 31st.. No ejaculation occurred. I stopped taking my birth control since last summer. I don't think I was ovulating at the time of intercourse. Today is the 9th of January which is about time for me to have my period, I've just been having light brown and some pink spotting today.. Could I be pregnant?? Or is my period just about to start??.. ... Please help!:(

Thanks..... Well it's just bleeding now, but it's not as heavy as my period usually is... How much bleeding comes with implanation bleeding??.. If not a lot, then I guess I'm on my period..

Oh wow, sounds like you are to me. When you say light pink spotting. If your period doesn't usually do this. I think you are safe to just take a home pregnancy test and then you will surely know if you are pregnant or not.
Good luck.

Hello, I am can understand your concern. It is possible that you could be pregnant, even if your partner did not fully ejaculate, he can still have some pre-ejaculate release while in you and that can make some women pregnant as well. It is the fluid that is excreted to make the lady more receptive during intercourse, but, it can contain sperm as well.

You can purchase a pregnancy test to find out. I would suggest, if you do not start your period in the next week or so, to get the test and if it is positive, see your gynecologist as soon as possible.

The spotting on the paper and brown color again, can be a sign of egg implantation, or it could be a sign that your period is about th start.

Are you having any other symptoms of early pregnancy such as sore breasts, this, too, can also be a sign of approaching periods
