As the drops did not help, you need to go back and tell your doctor and that the condition happens when it is really hot. Could be that you have a condition called dry eyes and may need a different type of ointment or eye drops to what was prescribed.
Still wash your eyes as I suggested in the previous message.
Best wishes.
I have and drops didn't help. It's only when it's really hot that's what baffles me.
It is likely that you have an infection. Make an appointment to see your doctor so that he can prescribe the correct eye ointment or eye drops.
In the meantime get a bowl of boiled cooled water and damp a piece of cotton wool. Wipe your eye from the middle to the outside. Do not use the same cotton wool pad use a fresh one to wipe your other eye. Do not share any towels with anyone and don't let other people sleep on your pillow.
It may clear up on its own with wiping the eyes with the dampened cotton wool, but you may need some eye drops or ointment, so best to see your doctor.
Best wishes.
