Cut turned into a rash?

Hello. I have been worried for quite some time over what has happened to my arm. There is a small cut on my arm which had healed up very well however, soon after it had healed this red, lumpy, itchy and burning mess (as I can describe it) appeared. I don't know how it could of appeared however, it hasn't got better since. It has been there for around 5 months now and sometimes when I do itch it, it bleeds. I'll add a photo so you know what I mean, ignore the semi colon - that was for mental health awareness.

Thanks to anyone who can help.

It appears to be impetago, a highly contagious gram-positive bacterial infection.

This appears to be an infection, I would have it checked as soon as possible.

You don't have a "rash". You have an infection. And if you don't want to take a chance on ending up with your arm amputated, see a doctor.
