Cyst from wasp stings.

As a kid I got stung several times by a wasp in the same spot on my neck which left behind a hard bump the size of a pea. I recently was trying to massage it out, but when I pinched the muscle from the sides it feels like it's a lot bigger and deeper than I originally thought, roughly more the size of a grape. Should I actually go to the doctor over this?

Only if it bothers you. A doctor may be able to remove it. If it's not painful, growing, or unsightly in your opinion it's probably just fine to leave it be.
