Dizziness Light headedness

I am 23 years old. For the past few months I have gotten really light headed. It got worse the last few weeks. About a month ago I sprained my shoulder blade which caused me to have a migraine the same day and then the days after I couldn't move.
The light headedness is different than usual. They no longer last a short amount of time but long periods of time. I have odd heartbeats (went to the cardiologist but they didn't see anything) that actually hurts when it happens.
The lightheadedness is what worries me. I can be sitting down, moving around or just putting clothes in the dryer when it starts. It's like when you are on an amusement park ride that spins you around and you get off and your mind is still spinning. That's how it feels and it lasts a long time. It varies from a few minutes to an hour.
I have had a full blood workup last October and everything was fine except I'm a little anemic. If you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.
I am not taking any regular meds asides from Ortho Tri-Cyclen Low. I've been on that for a year. Before that was Ocella.

I have drinking OJ and Vitamin C enriched fruit juice. I go to a chiropractor once a month. When I sprained my shoulder I went twice in that week. I pretty much try everything. From herbal remedies to massages to pain pills.

I would see a chiropractor, you said you sprained your shoulder, well, if you did that, then other problems could very well arise in the region of your neck. If vertebrae or "out" you will get the dizziness you are describing, a few treatments and you should be a lot better.

Also, add a good food grade multi vitamin and mineral to your diet, these will provide the needed electrolytes and other nutrients you may be lacking.

If you like bananas and orange juice, try to eat those and drink OJ at least once a day and see what happens. Your potassium levels may be low which can cause the dizziness and headaches. The OJ will provide the Vitamin C that we need as well. I hope this helps. Also, you may want to request a MRI just to be on the safe side.
