Dizzy,ringing ears,& fatigue Now what?

I have been fine, until one week ago today, I got up feeling like I was on a drinking binge, (  I DON"T DRINK) along with feeling so drunk, unbalanced. ringing in my ears, i just feel like I don't want to do anything in fear of falling, embrassing myself or whom i'm with, what in the world , I have tried meds. for inner ear, vertigo, I had a sever bateria infection a week before this and was on a very strong antibotic. had blood work done, crt with dye. and it all looked good. so now what? I just can't figure this out.. please let me know what you would suggest ?
Thanks   Tracy N GA

Do you know what the bacterial infection was?  What abx did you take?  It could be a neurological issue, a reaction to the antibiotics, or perhaps even Lyme Disease.  Acute Lyme Disease needs a month of antibiotics...even a week of "strong" abx is not enough to kill it.  Do you remember a tick bite or a red rash or something that looked like a spider bite?  Testing isn't useful until a month after infection, but if you saw a tick or a rash, that should be enough to get you a month of doxycycline (400mg). (Yes there is Lyme in GA.)

Strong antibiotics are one possible cause of vertigo.

Before I read the entire post, I was thinking inner ear. Hmm...Is it possible that it did any damage? How long had you had the infect for before you got it taken care of? I still think they missed something. They had to, I would think. I don't know about any reactions to meds doing stuff like that. Doesn't sound likely though. Are you in any pain?
