Dorsal foot pain

I am suffering from dorsal foot pain for the last 22 days.  Xray result some thickness and tenderness.  On medication.  Burning and numbness healed but pain persists.  Advice pls.

MRI DONE,  MRI READING NORMAL.  PAIN ONLY ON THE FOOT.  BETWEEN START OF TOES AND ANKLE.  PAIN WHEN I WALK, STEP DOWN AFTER SITTING OR LYING DOWN.  PAIN NO WHER ELSE

You need to tell us the cause of your dorsal foot pain. Was it nerve root compression? It sounds like that in which case you may need a MRI scan of your lower spine.
