E Coli

48 hours ago i opened a package of raw fajita meat and placed in a ziploc bag to marinate. I washed my hands for about 10 seconds after touching the meat. My wife asked me to make my 20 month old sons milk... so i got his sippy cup filled it with water and formula and mixed it by putting my finger over the mouth opening. I am so scared i passed bacteria (especially e.coli) from the meat to my son. What are the chances? When would symptoms appear? I have heard 3-4 days, but i've heard with toddlers its sooner like 8-48 hours. Please help me, I going nuts here. Thank you.

Relax, if you handwashed with soap,  all over and between your fingers for at least 20 seconds you're likely safe., Google proper handwashing technique, because many people do not know or use it.

No sure way of knowing as we are not doctors! What I would say is even if you washed your hands for the recommended 20 seconds why would you mix it  with your hands?
