Effects from no IR light.

It appears the sun quit giving us infrared light. This can be verified simply by pointing an auto shading welding helmet at the sun. How does this affect us? the lack of IR. Any possible bad side effects?

I'm not really sure what you are talking about.  Can you explain further why you've decided there is no infrared light from the sun? This link explains infrared light. It's not really seen as light but felt as heat. https://www.livescience.com/50260-infrared-radiation.html
