hi meli! my advice for you is exercise and avoid soda. soda can make our stomach bigger and avoid sitting down after you eat, try to do other stuff after you eat like or just by standing to avoid stored fat, i know were not talking about fats here but thats one of the reason why our stomach gets big. aand eat alot of vegetables, eating vegetables helps to clean our colon and drink alot of water too... and i would advice you to go see a doctor and have an ultrasound test of your stomach to see if theres underlying cause if why you have an enlarge stomache. take care!
