Enlarged Stomach after I consume ANYTHING

I do not know what is wrong with my body. I have never asked a doctor about this or ever really shared this information with anyone because I was so embarrassed. I have had this for quite some time now.

Every time I eat or drink anything my stomach will enlarge. It looks as if I were 5 or 6 months pregnant. The first time I ever noticed was probable when I was back in high school (9th grade). Ever since I noticed this would happen, I would just suck in my stomach until my stomach looked flatter.

I am sure this is bad to always suck my stomach in after I eat, but I am so embarrassed. I have never been overweight. I mean when I was in elementary school I was a little chubby, but not to the point where my doctor said I needed to loose weight.

I am not sure if this issue led to me having 2 premature babies? First was born at just about 32 weeks and the second at exactly 27 weeks. Could this be a reason why neither of my children are ever full-term? I had severe pre-eclampsia (2nd baby) and eclampsia (1st baby).

I do not know what to do? I am 21 and weigh around 125/127 ish as of right now (Just had my baby 2 months ago and I have not lost all the weight yet). I normally weigh anywhere between 116 - 120 and have had this problem since my freshman yr. of high school. (Maybe even middle school, but I do not remember because it's been a while).

Help please! Any suggestions??

hi meli! my advice for you is exercise and avoid soda. soda can make our stomach bigger and avoid sitting down after you eat, try to do other stuff after you eat like or just by standing to avoid stored fat, i know were not talking about fats here but thats one of the reason why our stomach gets big. aand eat alot of vegetables, eating vegetables helps to clean our colon and drink alot of water too... and i would advice you to go see a doctor and have an ultrasound test of your stomach to see if theres underlying cause if why you have an enlarge stomache. take care!

hi thanks for sharing your question with me. anyway see a doctor and the only advice i have for you is exercise your stomach before eating every morning through stomach exercise. thank care and greetings to your baby.
