Extreme shakiness?

I was wondering if it is possible that if someone were to take a daily vitamin if that they missed one day if it could cause shakiness and weakness?
Because today I forgot to take my one a day women's an I was fine all day till about a few minutes ago and it is midnight. I got up and I am very shaky my hands are trembling and my legs are weak they feel as if they would f you had been running all day but I haven't. I also didn't eat well only half a sub and noodles today.
Could it be the vitamins? Or combination of the both? And why woul it cause it? I'm afraid I might have cancer because I recently found some lumps in my chest and it worries me because I know cancer can cause weakness especially if you don't eat right? I mean I eat a more than a lot of underprivileged people like homeless people but I don't know could be my anxiety worrying. Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I agree with the comment that it could be low blood sugar.  -  But keep taking your vitamins.  They contain Magnesium which is very important to your well-being.

I just looked at your profile and saw that you're 19, at that age you won't get breast cancer and the breast tissue is actually too dense to even get an mammogram

I can tell you for a fact this has nothing to do with vitamins. Put this into perspective, people can go months without eating. The issue is anxiety. As for the lumps in your chest, that's probably causing you anxiety and medically speaking, unless you're in your 40s or 50s, they are nothing to worry about. Breast lumps are normal and represent calcification as a result of minor trauma such as from running.

I would say this has nothing to do with the vitamins.

How many calories are you eating in a day?

Sounds more like a blood sugar issue or it could be related to anxiety.....not sure.
