Extremely hard to breathe

So lately every now and then my lungs feel like they are tightening. This makes it very difficult for me to breathe and there is a slight wheeze. If I lay down it makes it worse and this is keeping me from sleeping. I find that fresh air help but I'm not sure why this is happening? I've never smoked and to my knowledge I don't have asthma

It may be because of the stress or anxiety. Do some breathing exercises plus meditation. I think learning to play harmonica can be so good for the lungs. Make sure your room is clean, free of dust, spores and especially the mites. Hope this helps
