Fatigue / Muscle Aches

Joined this site for advise as I'm getting myself worked up.

This started 3 weeks ago when I noticed mildly  swollen neck glands and abdominal pain. As the week progressed the pain increased to the point it was difficult even sitting up. The pain then manifested as neck and back pain during the second week and fatigue. Now into my third week I have mild aches and pains pretty much all over the place, primarily my back, I'm still fatigued and obviously very concerned.

My doc set up blood tests which were taken yesterday.

Any possible causes? Will these bloods actually detect every possible outcome, if any?

Have you been tested for food allergies? Particularly wheat or gluten? Skin tests do not always show results, but ELISA panels do.

No, not yet anyway. I just feel weak, lathergic and full of these pains. I should note I'm 26, male, healthy etc so this is not normal for me.

I started with muscle aches (knees) migraines, neck pain and severe gastrointestinal bloating etc and I was tested and was positive for a wheat and gluten allergy. I was always healthy. I had the ELISA panel, the skin test was negative. I developed intestinal candida overgrowth from it and that has multiple symptoms. I stopped wheat and gluten and was on a course of treatment I felt so much better.

So, my bloods came back normal. Don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing yet as I have been referred to a specialist (gastro) and within the next week I am having a full neck & torso CT, endiscope and various other tests.
My GP was sure it may be a hiatal hernia but since seeing the specialist he is considering a peptic ulcar/h-pylori infection.
Still have aches and pains but now its primarily around the stomach area. Always having a fullness or discomfort. I don't get heartburn because I have been taking omeprazole for around 6 months.
Not as fatigued as I was however still not 100%.
