Fatigue and Sinus problems...

I chronically have sinus infections, colds and the flu.I often have a low grade fever and muscle weakness as well.  I am always run down and extremely exhausted.  Doctors have tested me for everything and no one can tell me what is wrong or how to get better.  I recently had sinus surgery and yet am right back where I was before the operation.  I am so sick and tired of being sick and tired.  Does anyone have any idea of what I might try or what could be wrong.

Have you had your immunoglobulin levels checked? IgA deficiency can cause recurrent URT infections. I would suggest you see an immunologist if you haven't already and get checked for this plus other auto-immune diseases. I would also try a rheumotologist and get tested for Fibromyalgia which can also cause all of your symptoms. A naturopath might be helpful also to test for different food allergies.

Try a Neti pot. Wash your sinuses out every night before bed with a saline solution.

I was the same. I used to have Chronic sinititis for years.  I started do a nasal rinse at the first sign of any congestion or cold and I have not had one since.  I too suffer and still suffer from Fatigue.

Some people say its related to yeast and or Gluten intolerance.  I am sure there are variety of other things but I am sure I have both but the rinse has helped the best.

I swear by it so much I wish that I could sell the product lol..
