Feel Drained, out of it

I have been having problems with constipation, and when I do go it is rare.  Can this also have to do with losing a lot of weight, feeling real tired to the point where you hardly have any energy to do anything?  I have been checked for anemia, don't have that.  I am going to see a gastronologist.

Possible IBS?  See what the GI Specialist thinks.

Another possibility is a metabolic problem, i.e. a thyroid issue.  Have you had labs for your thyroid done?
