Fell on wrist

Doctor or no doctor?
I tripped and fell on my wrist this morning. My wrist twisted to the left. Since then, there's been stiffness and a dull ache in my wrist. The ulna is sticking out a bit farther than it is on the other hand. If I turn my wrist in the same direction it twisted this morning, it hurts but it feels odd. In between my radius and base of thumb feels weird, there's a sliding feeling. Also, in between the ulna and radius, near the bottom of my hand, is a small (centimeter long?) depression.

How bad is the bruise?  Wrap it in an Ace bandage and just stop moving it so much.

I'm sure I didn't break it. It hurts pretty badly, like I said, there's a constant dull ache. I still have full function of the hand and arm though.
