I have a fever that has effected my vision.. My eyes are burning and my bones are achy.

I have a heart condition and they had me on meds but they took me off the beta blockers because my heart rate went down and I almost fainted a couple of times. I have not been to the doctor but everyone around the office has had the same thing so I figured it was just viral.
