Swollen lymph nodes

I've had swollen lymph nodes in my neck for about 5 days now, no pain swallowing, but when I do swallow I can feel the nodes hurting...  No fever yet... I've had a lot of sinus drainage for about 4 days now... The worst being today... Nasal and mouth... Not much sneezing and no coughing.... Any ideas?

Hi and since you have nasal symptoms along with your swollen lymph nodes perhaps it is a sinus infection or viral. Where are the swollen lymph nodes located?
