Getting headaches and numbness in half of body?

I’ve had frequent headaches most of my life, but this past week I’ve gotten them on the right side of my head in a small spot in the middle. It’s pulsating and I get them after looking at any kind of screen a short time or almost instantly when wearing headphones.

The most concerning thing though is a few days ago I woke up to half of my face feeling numb and heavy, it spread all the way down to the right side of my body over a period of 30 minutes. It lasted around 4 hours then went away. Can anyone give me advice?

Hello~It sounds as if you may have some pinched nerves in the area of your neck and back. I would either see your GP, and if he doesn't find anything wrong, then see a chiropractor. Chiropractors specialize in pinched nerves and after a few treatments this issue should get a lot better.
