Also check the food you're eating and what you drink.  Soft drinks contain Aspartame which can actually poison you.  Many foods are modified also and don't give us the nutrition we need.  MSG can cause problems for some and is widely used in prepared, frozen foods.

Although the sensations you experience may be from panic attacks, I would suggest you see your doctor to check out for any heart defects.

Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT) can cause the symptoms you describe and can come on out of the blue with no exertion.  Sometimes people are born with a defect that does come aparent until much later.
My daughert-in-law who is only a few years older than you last year started to feel fast a very fast and pounding heart and sometimes with breathlessness, and tests have found that she has a birth defect tht is causing the SVT.

Of course, if you are running like mad and exerting yourself, it is normal for the heart to beat fast and experience pressure with breathing.

It is always to get these things checked out by your doctor.  Keep a record of when you experience these symptoms, if they persist for more than 10 minutes it is best to go to the emergency room to be checked out.

Best wishes

Sounds like panic attacks. You must be worried or fearing something. Try to work out what it is, if you have someone to talk to that would be good. Get exercise, going for a walk helps a lot. Do things you enjoy doing, try to not worry and stay positive. You may talk to your doctor when you can. Panic attacks can also cause pain in your chest, make you tremble, sweat, irritable, upset tummy, sleep difficulty and nightmares among other symptons.
