Help to explain my blood test result?

Hello. Male, 20, 5'8, about 125.

Urine:

Protein: NEG

Glucose: NEG

Ketones: TRACE

Occult Blood: NEG

Bilirubin: NEG

Okay, so why do I have traces of ketone in my urine? What does it mean? Is it dangerous? It was a fasting blood test.

Question #2: What in the world is Homocyst(s)ine, Plasma? I had two blood tests done (not for this problem), in a  span of two months. On the first test, I scored a 6.5 for Homocyst, but then a month later it was 25.9, which is way out of the reference interval range of (0.0-15.0)

So what's going on with that?
