Hit by a ball in the testicle.?

Hello I hit by a tennis ball in my right testicle with mild speed yesterday night. It is mild pain since then specially when my right testicle hangs down. If I support the right testicle or lie down the pain disappears. I have urinated since last night and the urine was clear. I remember having the same discomforting feeling sometime before (without any hitting of the ball) in which I used to feel my testicles heavy the way I can feel my right testicle heavy right now. That discomfort when the testicles used to hang down goes away after masturbation. After a day, I don't feel any pain now. I feel as if my right testicle is hanging a bit higher and I feel discomfort(not pain anymore, anywhere). Its the same feeling that I get sometimes when the testicles feel contracted in normal days. It feels itchy and I tend to spread my legs to scratch around. Can you please guide about this discomfort ?

Thanks Caryopteris. Do you have any idea for how long it will be inflamed? Its just when the right test. hangs down a little bit, I feel as if it is heavier. It causes discomfort. I just want to make sure its not infected, because I read somewhere that infection can cause infertility.

It is inflamed. While lying down, ice it, but protect it from getting too cold by having a towel between the ice and you.
