Husband sick before work everyday

My husband is 32 yo and has been laying brick off and on his whole teen-adult life.  He has always gotten sick before doing anything high stress.  Before work in the morning he throws up every time almost.  We chalked that up to possible anxiety,  but here more often lately even on mornings with no sickness,  he gets out to work and we aren't sure if he gets too hot or what,  but he starts vomiting and getting almost like chills or trembles and has to come back home.  Some days he has no problem with the heat more so than anyone else,  but quite often lately he has been showing signs of heat exhaustion,  when he was younger he suffered a heat stroke,  we are pretty sure that's what it was,  my question is does it seem more likely that this is an intolerance to the heat,  or seem like an anxiety issue?  I myself have generalized anxiety and when he tells me how he feels in the morning it sounds a whole lot like my panic attacks only I don't vomit with mine.  Is it possible that the anxiety gets bad enough that it "follows" him through the day at work and that maybe it isn't the heat itself but maybe the anxiety or worry of another heat stroke??  We have avoided going to the doctor for the simple fact if it's something simple we don't need a several thousand dollar hospital bill.  He is always trying to work but can't do that due to this new issue that has came about around this year with the heat.  Mind you though he has always thrown up before doing anything high stress or like starting a new job or even when I moved in with him for the first Time.  One thing I know from my own experience is anxiety,  I can barely watch an action movie without setting off my anxiety,  and it seems my husband has anxiety also,  but this thing at work hasn't been like this until recently.  Also he did seem like he go too hot a few months ago at work but over the weekend he was better and able to tolerate it the next few weeks.  He has been taking potassium tablets that seemed to help but this last week he could work due to rain and flood in Louisiana so he hasn't took his potassium like he has been.  Any help or suggestions?  I know he needs a Dr but he is a man and a stubborn one at that.  Lol.

I'd suggest he may be allergic to the compound in the mortar - you never know!!

Yes, I agree, he does need to visit with a doctor.  It seems that he has at least two issues going on.  One is the heat and having to work in it.  The other is his anxiety about going to work.  The potassium tablets may or may not be helping him.  Of course, he should be taking water with him for use during his work day.  His vomiting is especially worrisome, and a symptom that should prompt him to see a doctor.
