Hyponatremia (low blood sodium) question

Hello-

I recently had some routine bloodwork done at my doctor's and my sodium came back abnormally low. The only other thing that showed up abnormal on the results was my osmolality, which was also low.

My doctor simply recommended that I replace some of the plain water I drink with Gatorade to help replace the electrolytes. However I hate Gatorade and all other sports drinks and I avoid them and their sugar-free alternatives because of sugar and chemicals.

Does anyone know of a good, natural, sugar free electrolyte replacement drink that contains adequate sodium (I have found two already, but both were either sodium free or have very low sodium).

Thanks
